Question:  How do I file a claim on my insurance?
Answer:  Simply call our office, and we will help you arrange everything.  The usual process starts with the Claims Department of your insurance company sending you the appropriate forms.  Once you have received them, then give us a call and we will help you to complete the forms correctly and then forward them onto the Claims Department of your insurance company on your behalf.

Question:  How do I know you are recommending the most appropriate solutions to fit my needs and not just promoting your own products?

Answer:  Simple! We don’t have our “own” products. We recommend products from our extensive Approved Product List that is provided by our Australian Financial Services Licensee, FinancialLink Group Pty Ltd. We only recommend products from reputable Providers such as AXA, Asteron, MLC, AIG, Comminsure, ING, Zurich, etc.  Furthermore, we know that the only way to keep our customers satisfied is by providing them with the best products available.


Question:  Can you make house or office calls for clients with busy schedules?

Answer:  Yes!  In fact, the majority of our appointments take place out of our office as we endeavor to make ourselves and our services as convenient and accessible to our clients as possible.


Question:  Do you charge for out of office calls?

Answer:  Never!  We are compensated by the insurance companies we represent, so you will never receive an invoice from us, even for special services.


Question:  I am a small (or medium) size business owner.  I have had a hard time finding an Advisor  that understands my unique needs.  Do you have experience in my market?

Answer:  Yes.  After 15 years of owning and operating my own small businesses, I have first-hand knowledge of the needs of small business owners.
